This article popped up on my facebook feed today and I thought I would share! It could be useful for anyone struggling to understand why (maybe) they're transgender or 'different' or if there's anyone here that's intersex. It could also be useful for talking to less-than-open-minded parents as well. Sex redefined : Nature News & Comment
Thanks for sharing this. It is interesting how rapidly some scientists in these fields are simply accepting what they see, and attempting to understand it, instead of trying to shove their preconceived notions onto it. It gives me a sense of hope to see it. But it also demonstrates how much more we have to learn in this area, with the research being so new.
This is a great article! I've been making the same arguments for years, I'm glad there's starting to be more research into the subject.
Wow! This is a great article, and from a highly respected journal. It really opens the door to some different thinking on gender identity, and will undoubtedly help further the acceptance of trans people.
