I don't have this game. But I do watch a YouTube gamer play it & I do really enjoy watching. The story is very unique & also appealing to its targeted viewers. The soundtrack of this game is amazing. Very well picked.

 

My brother and I have been obsessed with this game! I introduced it to him before the first chapter came out and we both preordered it. We've been playing through on each release date of the chapters and talking with each other about the choices we made and everything. He ships Chloe and Max (but who doesn't?) which is a milestone because he's never shipped anything before.

I'd have to say the thing that I like most is that each character has their own opinions, and are actually people. They're not blank slates for you to project on. They're their own selves in a very unique way. It's beautiful, has awesome music, a fascinating story and wonderful characters. What more can you ask for from a story-based video game?

 

I have wanted to play this game, how much does it cost on x-box?

 

I'm not positive, but I think the first episode on Xbox is free to try and each subsequent episode is $4.99. I, myself, play it on PC, so I'm not terribly sure. I got a nice sale deal on Steam a while back.

 

I don't. Max X Victoria for the win. In all seriousness compare Max X Chloe fan art and Max X Victoria fan art there's no comparison in the cuteness.

 

I got the full series for $19.99 on Xbox One.
I think normally the whole series is $24.99?

Also does anyone know when Episode 4 is coming out? I know the devs were having some issues with it. But I'm curious if anyone has heard anything about a confirmed date?

I played the first episode non-interactively on youtube.

 

They haven't confirmed a date. But I've been checking their Twitter religiously because it's going to go up there as soon as they have one. Two days ago, they said they were putting on finishing touches to their "most ambitious Ep yet" so I have to say, I'm psyched.

I can't get past Victoria's attitude. At all. I don't think it pairs up with Max. Victoria needs someone who's willing to tell her when to cut it out, or be just as mean as her. Max is more likely to fold under that. I don't think she'd be happy. Maybe if they both grew up a little, it'd be possible for me to picture. In the meantime, nah. (Of course, this is my opinion. In all fairness, yes. The fanart is cute)

On the other hand, I have a friend who ships Max and Kate. Is that something you've heard of before?

 

Marshfield. Probably my least favourite of the mainstream ships.

 

My sister plays it and I watched her play it once. It seems pretty cool. I think we both ship the main two girls. Like, blue hair and time traveler. IDk the names. ^^

 

I'm watching the game from a few Youtubers and I LOVE it.

I'd love to buy it when I have enough money on Steam. But for now I kinda have more important things to save my money for. X3

The music is really nicely made though. Pretty chilled and soft (well atleast in most situations). :3

I won't bash on anyone's ships, as everyone has the right to ship who they want together. But I really don't understand Marshfield? But then again I think it actually adds more to the story if Kate dies in Ep. 2. (Not that I've brought myself to be able to let her die. I'm just watching jacksepticeye's videos to see how that plays out.)

For me it kind of gives the feel that Max's powers aren't 'all powerful' and not everyone can be saved. I think it gives Max a strong cause to try and use her powers for good as well. But that's just me.

And like I said, I'm too softhearted to allow her to jump on my own playthroughs.

In terms of the ship, maybe I just like the idea of Max being with an extrovert. (In my own case, Chloe, though arguably Warren or even Victoria works as well.) Kate just seems too softspoken for Max.
