Always assumed that I was bi but feel like I'm leaning more towards men. I like girls, but I think its more in a friendly way. Don't know if I could be in a relationship with one. I have always been curious to see what it would be like to be with another guy, but it would be very difficult trying to find a guy who's willing to experiment with me. It's so confusing.
I usually watch gay porn, but will occasionally watch straight porn too. Don't know if porn has anything to do with it.
Yeah I don't think preferred porn matters. Everyone here says that it's not really a good indicator because you're not necessarily attracted sexually to the gender of the people in porn but just the act of sex. You could frequent gay porn for certain aspects of it but never long for a gay relationship or even gay sex.
So basically what I see as an indication of sexuality is few couple of things. Who do you check out? Say you're at a pool. I'm checking out the male lifeguards and pretty ugh all guys. Also, who do you fantasize about? Not who do you watch in pornos...but do you fantasize about men or women? I have always fantasized about the boys in my school and work. While I find women incidentally attractove..I will never fantasize about a woman for long. So I have found that I am gay. That's the sexuality aspect of it. But romantically it's the same thing I think. Who gives you butterflies and makes your heart skip a beat. A really cute boy, or a really cute girl? I'm no professional, this is just how I see it...everybody is different. If you find yourself fitting a little into all of these things, and you can reach your hands down someones pants and not care what you find lol you're probaby bi. The Kinsey scale is useful. But in the end only you know. I have a maybe 90 10 sometimes 80 20 attraction, but I call my self gay. My family doesn't need to know the details of my sexuality. My boyfriend knows and I know. That's what matters to me.
I mostly fantasize about men. The thought of having sex with another man does kinda turn me on. As far as romantic attraction goes, I've had crushes on both men and women. So maybe I'm biromantic with a sexual preference for men? But wouldn't that technically make me gay, since I have almost no sexual attraction to women?
I'd say you could be a kinsey 5 if there's so there but not much. Romantically is a different story. But relationships are hard to have without sexuality attraction if you're able to have it (so obviously this doesn't include asexual, etc.) So I would say since we're similar that you're for all intents and purposes gay. If you feel it's important enough to divulge to your partner in the future id say that's all that's important.
Now that I think about it, I think I'm actually bisexual. Because I can fall in love with a woman and I have before. Besides that, I can be aroused by women sometimes. It's so weird. Sometimes I have sexual desires about men (like when I originally posted this) but other times I have sexual desires about women. Just ignore what I said before lol. I said that because that's how I was feeling at the time.
Sorry guys. When I said I was confused, I meant it lol. I'm starting to feel confident about my sexuality now.
