I'm thinking about all sorts of stuff... Mostly plans, what I have to achieve in the next year. Actually, I think about it obsessively. I really should start studying already.

Honestly, I couldn't even begin to imagine how awful life would be without friends. It's awful enough with people you like, let alone without.

I'm in a really good mood today.

Work was smooth and went by fast. I feel calmer than usual. About the only thing missing is somebody else's body for me to spoil. But hey, 2 out 3 ain't bad.

Not sure if people make me more upset or want to cry but am so repressed that I'm unable to do so.

I am so tired of liberals and conservatives. Liberals no longer know right from wrong- and I'm not even talking about this from a religious standpoint. Everything is subjective, therefore everything is ok. There is no line to be drawn. It's depressing.
Conservatives think everything is wrong. If you're not a traditional bible-thumping family, and you go against any little rule in the bible, you're automatically an infidel with a one way ticket to hell.

(This is why politics are not healthy for me, they piss me off).

Why are we still fridging wives? That trick hasn't been noteworthy since Se7en, and at this point it has to be one of the laziest and most glaring tropes in writing. What a waste of Rachel McAdams.

Agreed. Where did reason go? Hello.... reason... are you there?

It seems to me that most people are so easily influenced by their circle of ideological peers that they lose any kind of individuality in their opinion. To me personally, even bothering with anything political is just exasperating. I'd rather just not bother and hope for the best, because I doubt that what I can do is going to be of any weight in the long run anyway. Not to mention my mental health that would undoubtedly benefit from instead just "un-bothering" than to actually bother. Alas.

As of 4PM this afternoon, I am a proud owner of a 2014 silver Kia Soul. The manager of the store lives down the street so he was able to give me a decent discount and a free oil change as well as give my parents a "refer a friend/family member" check. According to my neighbor (whom ive never really met because our neighborhood tends to mind their own business one) had me pegged as a kia soul kind of person the second I walked in.

Yay! somebody recently made a new thread acknowledging object sexuality! It makes me so jubilant! I wish the original poster would get back to my post on the thread, maybe I was a bit too aggressive with the font and wording, now that I think of it. But I'm always happy when people are curious about my obscure sexuality, because I love educating the masses about it, therefore making it slightly less obscure!

So much studying to do, so little time, and so much desire to do other things but anything related to academia...

Dear Weather Channel: You and I have very different definitions of "60% chance" and "occasional showers." Neither of those things are accurate descriptions when it starts raining at 11am and doesn't stop for twelve hours.

Someone give me patience or restraint cause I'm about to rant again.
It has not been a pleasant day/month.

    ---------- Post added 3rd Oct 2015 at 08:42 PM ----------

    Oops, I did it again.

I swear, by the time I'm 30 (if I havent killed myself by then), this loneliness and anger will have turned me into that scary old man in the scary house that everyone is afraid of approaching.
