    Dinner tonight will probably be U/10 scallops. I'm still not sure what side to make, maybe risotto. Scallops can be tricky to pair.

    Downside to tomorrow is I'm working the night shift. But the upside is that everyone will be in the next town over for 4th of July stuff. Getting paid to have an uneventful night is way better than having an uneventful night at home not getting paid.
