    I know it's probably an old cliche by now, but I'm thinking how lucky I am to have found and to be here on EC. Everyone is so nice and supportive. I feel safe here, and my self confidence and self esteem, which aren't brilliant, has improved in leaps and bounds since joining here two months ago.

    I failed to get into a car and smashed my knee against the door: it was certainly impressive and I'm glad that I now have an awful bruise to remind me that I've once again gotten injured in the safest possible enviroment. What can I say: it's a talent!

    - Take 2 hour nap.
    - Eat.
    - Run 2 blocks.
    - Dive into pool to relax, maybe swim a bit.
    - Eat again.
    - Push-ups for 20 minutes.
    - Sit-ups for 20 minutes.
    - Weight-lifting for 20 minutes.
    - Look in the mirror and say, "Oooooo, girl! You AMAZIN'!"

    well got promising news today. Talked to a defense attorney and he said the woman who claimed I made threat on Facebook has no credible threat that I made. He also told me to talk to him right away if the authorities contact me. Praise the lord that is seems that i am not in any kind of trouble for now and just hope for the best.

    This day is quickly becoming very bad... My team is losing and I'm just feeling miserable. My jaw hurts and I'm dysphoric as hell. I wish I could calm down somehow and feel a bit better. I hate days when nothing goes right... I hope tomorrow will be better. :frowning2:
