Powerpuff Girls is definitely one of them.

Mojo Jojo is amazing, and one of my favorite villains. He's about 80% of the reason I like the show, so let that stand for itself.

Teen Titans is another one. In fact, much of what was on Cartoon Network, or was still running from the late 90s, could be considered a plethora of favorites. I'd say around 2007-2008 is when the quality, in my opinion, starting dropping. It was visible here and there before this, but here is when the good-bad ratio was tilting too much.

That would obviously be teen titans. Everybody has affection for classic Cartoon Network but to be honest I never cared about anything from that era except for scooby doo lol

OP, I second you on Codename: Kids Next Door. Ironically, when I was a kid I thought that show was stupid and immature, but as I've gotten older I've realized just how clever the writing is. I love, love, love the finale for season one, I've rewatched it several times.

The original Teen Titans, or Adventure Time.
Btw, I despise the new Teen Titans Go! show. It took good characters and made them stupid and annoying. And it's like an animated sitcom.

Rugrats, CatDog, Rocket Power (just a few of many) but the best late 2000's show had to be Avatar the Last Airbender.

Oh and the worst would have to be As Told By Ginger.

Spongebob Squarepants, Angry Beavers, Lilo & Stitch, The Fairly Odd Parents, Kim possible, Catdog and a few others! Spongebob and Lilo & Stitch were honestly my favourites.

If we go way back to when I was like 6.. Powerpuff Girls was pretty popular with my brother, sister and I.

    I loved being a kid! :icon_sad:

There are so many that I loved!!

I agree with all of these. My favorite is definitely Rocket Power.

I have to disagree with you here, I actually kinda liked As Told By Ginger. The worst in my opinion would have to be Invader Zim.

Teen Titans, Justice League Unlimited, Batman: Brave and Bold, Fairly OddParents, Madagascar Penguins, Avatar the Last Airbender, Johnny Test and Spongebob.

Avatar, no contest! There were plenty that were cool, but none in the same ballpark as ATLA. It will certainly be long-lived if not timeless.
