LGBT News Bryan Fisher threatens violence if SCOTUS Rules in favor of Marriage Equality

    In short, if the SCOTUS rules in favor of marriage equality, state legislators should vote to ignore the ruling. If they fail to do that or it doesn't work, then the next step is violence.

    It may be just me, but I consider the murders of people such as Harvey Milk, Matthew Shepard, and murders of many black transgender women to be part of the physical combat, not to mention the many atrocities committed against gay people overseas in yesteryear (such as what happened to Alan Turing) and today with many countries criminalising homosexuality and treating it as a capital offense. The Culture War has gotten physical many a time.

    So giving gay people the freedom to marry that straight people have is tyranny. When will these people understand that a society that allows discrimination is oppressive not the other way around.

    Gay marriage does not effect straight people this guy is an idiot. He should worry about important things. Like ISIS and healthcare etc... Not gay people getting married.

    He is using strong and inaccurate language to incite and provoke (among the crazies) violence...he says gay marriage is being "forced" on people, which it is not (if you're not gay, you will not have a gay wedding). We will see a bunch of old white men protesting, because the stats show the vast majority of young people support or really do not take issue with LGBT.

    Is there some hidden wording in there that will require him to engage in a gay marriage?

    I just dont understand why people have an issue with it. What difference does it make if those two gay guys living together next door to you right now are single and living next door to you, or married and living next door to you. Nothing changes in your life.. NOTHING
