Well there are two general hints usually given... a bit trying to walk kind of in a line ( I'd say don't overdo it... just a bit... I'd say just try if it helps some) trying to walk a bit with the hips not so much with moving the shoulders forward... I'd just take that as a bit of a general hint... I'd say get a feeling for it... women are less stiff and more easy and relaxed... you might try to feel like it, and try to express that... hugs
Yes. if you watch she is overdoing the walking in a line: she not only puts her foot in front of each other but even more to the other side... movement of the hips is exaggerated this way... do this at your own risk... I wouldn't do this as it looks unnatural... with many things like makeup etc, less is sometimes better. Cis girls use such things in moderation.
Having good posture helps - otherwise it's hard to balance. Think tall, bend your knees a fraction, and start off with shoes with a strap (easier to keep on)
The shoes you posted are wedges, and are going to be six times easier to walk in rather than some other kind of heel. You won't have to worry so much about whether or not you walk on your heel or your toes. Honestly, I think practice makes perfect. Don't walk with all your weight shifting from your heel to the rest of your foot, otherwise you'll lose your balance. Just try walking around the house with them on, and it should become easier.
The trick is to not fall into every step the way men are wont to do. Women pull themselves forward instead.
