    yep,
Its coming around again much too soon and my period decided to show its ugly face. It feels so weird. It feels wrong, like a parasite taking away my blood, sucking out my life. It also cramps and keeps reminding me Im stuck in the body… help…
I have been on T for almost a month now, and I know its going to be a bit before these periods stop. How do I deal with them for the time being? What do I do to stay sane while this occurs???
I had to take out my "Birth control" ring which stopped period. It contained Estrogen, so I removed it. My period came way too soon from it. For now, Im shaken this is happening to me.
I appreciate any advice to get me through this…

I take a lot of showers. Also tampons were originally used for bullet holes, incase it helps you to think of it like that.

That is correct. The material in pads were uses as field dressing all of the way back to WWI, same material tampons are made out of. Tampons have been in the medical kits since Vietnam, and most recent in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The strings are handy as the hospital can just pull them out and administer treatment.

Yeah, I've got the shark this week as well. Try not to get too stressed as I find that worsens the cramping. I just try to think of them as a bleed that needs a dressing. It's just an annoying thing that happens every month that needs taking care of, the more discreetly the better. I use tampons 24/7 when I have my period now and although I do worry about getting TSS, it definitely helps the dysphoria.
