Learning to be your own best friend. It could be taken too far and someone has to be careful not to fall into that trap, especially if they're sort of introverted to begin with. Learning to be your own best friend - highly recommended.
I'm not sure I am actually. I just focus on the good in people, and the beauty in what surrounds me. I try to do my own thing. Exercise helps too.
now this is a kind of effective method but.... tinfoil hat.. keeps you sane... no im just kidding haha... usually for me its a meltdown about every 2 months or so... much better after it

Eh, just drink the blood of your fallen enemies and get alot of rest on your bed of corpses, if neccesary, relax using your human cd player.
