Greetings my friends, I have a question to ask... How would you recommend me to get back into condition for running? I wasn't active in years when it comes to sports and now I've decided that I should get back in shape again. I'm not bothered with losing weight since I'm average. I literally lose my breath after one or two minutes of average running and that is not as close as enough to regain my condition... All advices are welcome! Thank you all... (yes I could've asked google, but we're not friends anymore)
i know what helped me was interval training. run for 2 mins walk for 2 mins about 5 times each, then i built it up every week by 2 mins extra running and 1-2 mins extra walking but at first till i got to aound 8/10 mins running staright, my run to walk ratio was 2:2 or 2:3. or even 4 sometimes. always risk overdoing it by doing 10 mins flat out running first ha, i learnt the hard way!
The method seems promising, but the big role is played by the will. There shouldn't be any problems following this method. Thanks for sharing the link, I'll check out the files which are available to download.
