Joe Hisaishi's works. I can't go six minutes into the Studio Ghibli 25 Years concert at Bukodan without getting misty-eyed.

I would have to say She Keeps Me Warm by Mary Lambert, It is a song about her love for a girl and if I am not mistaken she is a lesbian and many of her songs about love are full of so much emotion that I get teary eyed anytime I listen to them.
