So much yes! It's quite jarring and disorienting to read a list that doesn't have an Oxford comma. So much more conscious thought goes into parsing the list than if the writer had just included the comma.

The two that get my goat are "n" for "And" and "kk" for "ok"!

When people use quotes for "emphasis" and when people use an apostrophe to make word's plural.

You know that's not a certain rule, don't you?

Most writing guides I've read advise it only when avoiding ambiguity, but it's definitely not incorrect not to use the serial comma at all times.

Color does not have a 'u' in it, and there is no 'c' in defense!

    America has spoken.

I <3 all you non-Americans, and I'm just poking at you.

I'm currently preparing for the SAT's (big test) and I've suddenly become overly sensitive to all grammar errors. A misuse of adverbs really gets my goat.

    Improper capitalization and misspelling "you're."

Sorry, but I can't take anyone seriously if they confuse "your" with "you're."

One person online once said to me "your a cold hearted idiot."
I may be cold hearted, but I am not an idiot who confuses two mindnumbingly simple words as "your" and "you're."
She then went on to tell me that "your a spastic who cant spell." Yes, that's exactly what she typed.
    I can't spell?
    DO YOU HAVE BRAIN DAMAGE?!

I agree, but sometimes it's better to err on the side of caution.

I was at a Costco cafeteria and they had pizza for sale. The sign said: "Combo, pepperoni or cheese." I must have looked at the sign for a while because I was wondering if it meant pizza combo (i.e. drink and pizza slice of either cheese or pepperoni), or a pizza slice of "combo," cheese, or pepperoni.

Oh and I must add a phrase that is not grammatically incorrect but used to irk me a lot and still does a little.
    "almost infinite"
No, nothing is "almost" infinite. Any finite quantity, no matter how large, is still infinitely smaller than infinity.

Hate it when people mix up you're/your and their/there/they're.
Also when people use alot instead of a lot and also when people have comma splice errors.

It doesn't exactly bother me, but I've always found "level 100 rouge" to be kind of amusing.

If I can understand what they are trying to say, then it's ok with me. But Each Word Being Capitolized Slightly Bothers Me.

Failure to use correct pronouns even though most Americans use them incorrectly often.
