Delta emerald, do you think will be the next pokemon game?

    hey all you pokemonster fans out there! im guessing you were all pumped up for 2014 release of omega ruby and alphasapphire! so tell me what pokemon game is next on our list, a new one or a remake? personally i believe we are instore for a delta emerald, or a dp remake as odd as it sounds. tell me your inquirry:rolle:

    Probably not, as there was a Delta Episode in ORAS. I really want a pokemon Z the end of this year, and 4th gen remakes in 2016.

    If the trend continues, we won't be getting a remake of Emerald. Instead, if tradition is what we draw upon, we'll receive a new game next, followed by Diamond/Pearl remakes.

    Agreed what the two above said, don't particularly want another Hoenn based game, complete Alpha Sapphire several times now!

    Really looking forward to the Diamond/Pearl re-makes though. Awesome games.

    Doubt it. I'm expecting a Pokemon Z or Pokemon X 2 / Y 2 at the end of this year, and maybe Diamond and Pearl remakes the next. I wouldn't mind another remake of Red / Blue though with all the awesome new features introduced in X/Y and OR/AS.

    I'm still waiting for the day you can go to all the regions, in one game.

    That would be an incredible game, with a lot of playability.

    I don't feel like D/P/Pt need a remake though :/ A remake of Yellow would be awesome for the next remake :grin:

    wow! all of your inqurry is fantastic! but what about a game where its all about arceus? that would be amazing for all of those who were not able to attend events all that time ago. how about pokemon orgins? idk it just sounds likely

    Seeing as all 719 are available in XYORAS, I think the next game will be the start of gen 7. Whether it's this year or next year, I do not know, but I reckon the latter is more likely.

    How about a new Pokemon Mystery Dungeon? One that lets you actually have more than 5 default starter choices, like the good old ones on GBA and the DS.

    I stopped a third way through Black. It just got ridiculous.

    From what I've read, there are still 2 Pokemon games left from this generation. So, the possible outcome is a direct sequel of X&Y. Unless, they make Pokémon Z and a remake of Yellow, which I doubt, honestly, the most reasonable outcome is 2 games continuing the story of X&Y.

    I really want to see what they'll do for the next "main" games. :grin: What they'll do with Zygard. Will it have new forms, Mega Evolution, something new? Will they make Mega's for the starters? Will they add the Battle Frontier as post game?(Coming from the hints in ORAS about the making of the Battle Frontier and the connection made between Kalos and Hoenn).

    In my opinion, no, we won't. Think back to the other remakes. Did we get a "LightningYellow" version? No. Did we get a remade Crystal version? Nope.

    I theorized about a Delta Z version that allows you to travel to Kalos and Hoenn in the same game. Probably not likely, but it would be interesting. There's also speculation of a second set of gen 1 remakes since its the 20th anniversary soon, but I doubt it.
