What would you do if your friends/family found your Empty Closets account?

Probably freak out a little bit and ask what they saw. If only the site, good, but if they got into my account or went through anything, I'd be pissed about the whole privacy invasion thing.

 

Well, given my mom knows I'm bisexual and transfeminine, she wouldn't be surprised by anything except my violence and my wide open embrace of sexual discussion.

 

Close family: Wouldn't bother me much.
Not close family (grandfather, step-mom, etc.): They're going to blame my mom and think I'm a freak. Yay.
Friends: This one would vary, with some it would probably be fine others....not so much.

 

I'd just hope they didn't find a way to post anything dumb/out of character, posing as me!

 

I've been exposed and felt ashamed by their hands before, so being "discovered" wouldn't bother me too much.

 

Well given the fact i post pretty much my whole life story on here it would be embarassing and extremely awkward. My parents are the kind of people who believe voicing your problems online is dangerous and risky and can get you in some kind of trouble so they would probably be concerned. They believe personal problems and such should be discussed with family or even therapist and that the internet is not the right kind of place. They are not homophobic just very skeptical of things.

 

It might be a little weird if people who don't know I'm bi found my account, but I'd get over it and be relieved that they knew.

 

I think if they saw anything regarding my sexuality, I wouldn't be too concerned as I'm already out to everyone. If it had to do with my gender, I think I'd turn white as a ghost!

 

I wouldn't mind if anyone found out I was a member of this forum, but if someone actually looked at what I've posted that would be... uncomfortable. There are some things I'd rather keep private from most people who know me.

 

Probably die of embarrassment... I post pretty frequently about my relationship to porn and masturbation and things of that nature and I'm more afraid of them finding out about that stuff than anything else. They know I'm gay, and I've mentioned I used a forum for LGBT people, but they probably forgot that. I don't think they could find it very easily unless they used keystroke loggers on my PC and tablet or somehow could see my incognito browsing. They're not that good with computers so I doubt they could do that.

My younger sister might be an asexual, and I have considered inviting her to use this forum but I'm afraid she would be able to recognize this profile as mine if she did.

 

if my parents somehow found my account they wouldn't know that it was me lol. however i'd basically be dead in freak chance they discovered that it was me or if they found out that I browse this site at all. same thing goes for the rest of my family. as for friends, I don't have any, so idk about it.

 

I wouldn't care since my whole family and all of my friends know im gay. If they didn't I would just tell them the truth.

 

I guess it depends, if it was anyone besides my father, it'd be ok. If not, I'd probs have to move.

 

I'm not out so... go throw myself in a river?

On a more serious note, I would feel extremely ashamed because I hate having my privacy violated. It would also be my (unintentional) way of coming out, unfortunately. Not that they would have a problem with my sexuality, I'm sure, but I would want to do it on my own terms.

 

I wouldn't mind. My immediate family (my mom, sister and brother) are in the know so, it's allgoods.

If it were anyone else...then I'd calmly tell 'em it's not of their business. Simple as that.

 

Oh god. Lol. I'd lock myself in the hallway closet, get into the meditating position, and keep repeating in my head "Let go your earthly tether. Enter the void. Empty and become wind. Empty and become wind."

Needless to say i'd freak out a bit.

 

They will find out that I'm gay and a total mess. To be honest, I'd be more worried about them than for myself.

 

This is the only account private I have from my friends and family if they were to find it I don't know honestly what I would do. I couldn't deny it because I happen to be a terrible liar but hopefully that never happens and don't find this, I'm so where near close to being okay with it :dry:

 

My mom doesn't understand English, so no worries, by the way, she has no access to my computer. My dad, he knows about my attraction to women, he is in deep denial though, he wouldn't care. I would be more afraid of people around me that I wrote about getting hurt, if they would take a guess..
