Hey! I saw all those name posts, and I thought I'd give mine a shot too…

I picked out a name about a month ago… but I kinda stopped liking it, and wanted to go with something a little more… conservative, I guess. So here's my list - what do you think sounds best/easiest to pronounce? (I'm Indian, by the way, and have a gender-neutral middle name/ridiculously long last name).

    1. Samar (I really like the nickname "Sam")
    2. Niket/Nikhil (shortened to "Nick")
    3. Jay
    4. Rohit
    5. Nish (pronounced "Neesh")

    Ideas?

I think Samar, Niket/Nikhil and Nish are really nice names. I'd pick one of those.

I'm leaning toward Samar, yeah… just because, as I mentioned previously, I love the nickname "Sam"

"Samar", "Jay" and "Niket" are probably my top 3 right now.

Hey, thanks, y'all! I see Samar, Jay and Niket are at the top right now…

Sam, Nick or Jay: which name would best suit a baby-faced, somewhat socially awkward, and extremely nerdy guy?

My favorite is Jay. But it's your name. Go with whatever you think sounds best.

Tough choice! In the end, it's all up to you but I think Jay or Sam are pretty cool names! Cheers!

Samar is the best hands down. For the personality you described, Samar fits it!
