    The same reason why straight guys like girls' butts, because they're normally hidden from your eyes and it makes butts intimate body part and you never know what another guys' butt looks like, so I guess that's what makes butts sacred and one of the most desired body parts to have access to it. ;P

    I like firm, beefy, "hard" butts.

    Like flat chested girls would turn off most straight guys, a guy with no ass would turn me off.
    Physically speaking that is.

    This doesn't even have to be an issue of pitcher/catcher/neither. Butts, in and of themselves, can be attractive. Someone might remark that some guy has a nice ass and I can't see what they are talking about ... I'm thinking they like the small, tight ones (I'm talking about the buttocks) which sort of escape me. I like the sturdier, bigger ones. And, if they're moderately hairy, which is actually sort of rare for butts, even on a lot of hairy people, it's even better. Butts can be more about sex play than a particular sexual act for some people ... or, actually, for quite a few people. Look at all the straight guys who talk about what a nice ass some girl has, yet they really don't do anything TO it but, instead, do something WITH it. But, back to guys, for some, it's just about the appearance and, for others, their minds wander further as far as the sexual possibilities go.

    First, let's all simmer down on the hormones and keep this age appropriate.

    Secondly, most heterosexual women find the buttock to be the most attractive part of a man. Sexual role is irrelevant. They certainly aren't my personal favorite part of the body, but I can understand their appeal.
