I live in a house with my 2 cis male cousins. One is gay the other is bi and (as far as they knew) I am a lesbian. Yesterday I made a cake for them. I wrote L.G.B.T down the side of the cake and wrote each of our names next to the appropriate letters, putting my name next to the L and T. It took both of them a minute to understand what I was saying lol. I was nervous about how I would feel about them know and asking questions but talking about it with them felt just as natural as anything else. We are proud to represent every part of the LGBT community in our home.

I killed it at pax yesterday.

Got miss'd a lot and went into the women's room without question and a lot of photos being taken.

And I just felt fantastic playing a character I always wanted to.

Not so small but I've posted my Facebook status coming out and so far I've got 82 likes and only positive comments and PMs. It feels like I'm on a cloud I'm so elated this is amazing. I'm scared I'll get to college on Monday and nothing will have changed.

This is annoying me, because it looks so familiar, but I can't place it.

That explains it. Never was an FF player, but I stumble over it a lot since I'm so active in the gaming community. Must've recognised her from some time I stumbled over her.

@Kasey, that is a BOMB cosplay!!!!!

And as for my small victories, I had an interview for promotion within my job and my supervisors and I had a really great conversation about (trans) inclusivity within the workplace and they were both really really nice about how out I am with being trans, and they both offered to help correct my coworkers when they misgender me. I love my job.

    Thanks,

Glad I could pull it off well. I always wanted to be Quistis but finally was able to.

I've had multiple people refer to me as 'Lady' while working at the till.

"Let the lady scan the item."
"Hand the item to the lady."

    It's awesome <3

I made a new friend and before we separated swapped tumblr URLs and when she opened up my page and saw I used he/him apologised for not realising. Another person I met that day (friend of a friend) texted my friend to ask what pronouns I used. I went by Lex all that day and it felt great!

Booked my appointment for my next tattoo, which will represent me living as female for over three years now  it's going to be the female symbol and I'm pretty hyped.

I know this is old now, plus I know nothing about cosplay, but you look really really cool (and very passable)! <3

Well thank you. I love hearing that. Although I'm a self admitted attention hog, validation is something that helps ones esteem.

I'm too scared of needles to get a tattoo but good choice.

Like the style of it. Good image but the stylization is great.
