I finally decided on a new - masculine - name(Andrew Samuel), and it already feels so natural and perfect!

I'm getting good at this whole nail thing. Only second time I applied nail polish and it's much better than last time, but I'd like to say I got the rest of this whole manicure thing down. Kinda wish I had more delicate hands and long, thin fingers instead of what I have now.

I had a proposal accepted by a somewhat new trans focused magazine. Along with the magazine I'm working for right now, I'm finally getting to write for transgender publications

Next month I'll have my appointment with a doctor specialized in transgenderism at a hospital, to start HR. Don't know if it'll be my final destination, or just another stone in my way, but at least the appointment has been done.

I'm starting to sve up money for surgeries, just in case.

I want my life back, and nothing is gonna stop me. I'm fed up with denial and running away.

I hope they won't make my life harder than it is now, I have a feeling it's not gonna be a walk in the park, specially under my circumstances.

Well, I'm currently thinking about buying a couple of binders, as I'd like to see how I'd feel with them, and it would be a big step in starting to come out to family/friends as...well, "not-cis", at any rate

I've got them picked out, it's just filling in the final purchase details that I'm finding daunting now!

I might be reaching with this, but I've noticed recently that people seem to think I'm a lot younger than I am, which might mean I've been passing as a (young) boy? I've heard lots of trans guys say they seem very young, so maybe this is a good sign.

(Almost) the whole family knows I crossdress and are very accepting of it. Wore my new dress. Put on makeup. Styled my hair. And went out and presented in public. Women complimented my look too, though they all obviously still saw me as male. Even one guy complimented on my look. lol

I posted up a few new pictures on my profile and album. I've never felt more attractive and self-loving before. <3

At dinner with my grandma and my sister, my grandma referred to my sister and I as "the girls" and it made me very happy.

Ironically my grandma doesn't know anything about my gender. I guess it was just a slip of her tongue, but she didn't take it back. Maybe with her old age, her vision's making me look female? Wishful thinking.
