I feel happy when I appreciate the things I already have, like nature, friendship etc. This, for me, at least, is completely different to things like success at getting something I didn't have, or simply having fun doing an activity. To elaborate, I was depressed for a long time. When I recovered, happiness was the last thing to return. I'd almost forgotten what it was. It's a rather nebulous thing, and in my experience it isn't a straightforward cause and effect emotion.
Happiness to me is a hot cup of coffe, my cat sitting on my lap. great way to start everyday . learning to let things fall where they may. tomorrow is a new day and a fresh start on life. That is why every morning is beautiful,whether it be sunny or rainy its a fresh start
I'm happy when everything fits. Like a combination of things, e.g. snow outside and I'm sitting inside with a cup of delicious tea. Sth like that. Little moments that make me happy. But they tend to fade fastly usually. Or good music. Music is cure for almost everything
I feel happy when stuff works itself outside and there is little uncertainty in my future (as to what's going to happen). When people that I know are safe and happy, so am I.
I make my own happiness rather than be a victim of circumstance and my own fears. Happiness has to be seized from life and more often than not, the only real person getting in the way of happiness is yourself. I'm only going to live once, so I make sure I enjoy it and I avoid those who would try and bring me down. One must always remember, that you cannot just sit around and expect happiness to fall in your lap. Live and be happy because you are unique, you do have something that no one else has and you are awesome. Happy days
Surround yourself with people who enjoy chatting. Talk to them, hang out with them. Listen to music, do arts and crafts - all kinds. Go out for a coffee, even if it's just by yourself. Start up an instagram account (if you don't have one) and do the 50 or 100 days of self care challenge. The best thing you can do is to eat healthy and exercise, even if it's just 5 minutes a day. Health is one of the best things to do to stay positive. No, you don't need to lose weight, just do some stretches or put some funky fun music on and dance to it
