So, a few months ago. I told my Sister I was gay. It was briliant, I love her even more now. So, when Me + Mum + Sister went to Whitby for a small holiday (Halloween holidays). It was on a dark night when my Mum was outside smoking a cigarette and having her wine (We were in a small cottage for a few days). I worked up the courage. Sat down on the cold steps (>.<). She has sitting on a small table not far from those steps. So I just said 'Mum can I talk to you' 'Sure' 'I hope you love me for who I am but, I'm gay'. She seemed shock, but immediately pulled the Seat next to her and we talked. She said 'I will love you no matter who you are.' She then told my Dad a few days later after we left the small Cottage and he had the same view. If anyone who is reading, is having thoughts of coming out. Do it. Short term it's scary but that's the hardest part! I know am more happy :icon_bigg:icon_bigg:icon_bigg
Good for you! I'm glad that your parents are so loving and that everything is good. I'm really happy for you
Congratulations! You're amazing for coming out to your parents and I'm so glad it went so great! Congratulations again! ;3 You're really lucky for having such loving and accepting parents.
Congratulations on coming out to your family! Great that it went so well, and that your parents love you the way they do. It sounds like that coming out to your sister has brought you closer to her, which is wonderful. Well done!
