This poll has probably been done a zillion times before but I haven't seen it done recently. And since I am relentless in my pursuit of useless knowledge I figured I'd post it anyway. So are you right handed, left handed or ambidextrous?

I'm a lefty. Although when I was little and my family tried to get me into playing golf I golfed right handed. When I started learning guitar (didn't last long, but I'd like to try again) I was also more comfortable playing right handed.

I am ambidextrous. I can do most things easily with either hand

Definitely righty, my left hand can't take on the tasks.

Righty :3 even if I try to do something with my left, I always end up using my right.

I was ambidextrous as a kid, then got into the habit of using my right hand for things. I'm getting back into practice though, and I'm pretty comfortable doing most things with my left as well. I consider myself ambidextrous now.

Predominantly left handed but I use my right hand on other things such as texting, carrying heavy things, pouring water, casting a spell, etc.

I'm mainly left handed but over time I've taught myself to use my right hand for convenience (like I use my right hand for a computer mouse or sometimes when I writing on something in a binder folder).

    From Wikipedia I find:

"Handedness is not a discrete variable (right or left), but a continuous one that can be expressed at levels between strong left and strong right."

My first response is "duh, thanks."

My second response is "Wait a friggin second! We can accept this about handedness with no trouble, but we have difficulty accepting it about friggin sexuality?? What the hell is wrong with people?"

(Oh, and in case anyone cares, I'm right-handed.)

I am predominantly left handed, but as has been mentioned, I can do limited things with my right hand, but majority of the time, it is my left I use.

Predominately right handed, but I can use my left hand as well. I was taught to use my left hand with my fork, when cutting food, so my left hand is used more than most of my friends( except the lefties:stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:)

Supposedly gay people are more likely to be left handed than the general population. I'm a righty, but I dated a lefty who insisted that leftys are smarter and more creative...but tend to die earlier. Could make for some fun googling.

Ambidextrous. I even switch hands when doing a task, such as brushing my teeth. There's only one thing I can't do with both hands (yet), and that is writing. Although I am improving. :icon_bigg

I'm gonna go with ambidextrous this time because my right-hand use has increased heaps.

I bought a pair of leftie scissors for cutting fabric (more expensive than right-handed ones mind you) at school. But, I forgot to buy another for paper so I had to learn how to cut accurately with my right hand... Now, I don't really need the left-handed ones any more

Also my writing is pretty decent now too!

Right. I've been trying to "train" myself to be ambidextrous, just in case I have some accident, but progress has been painfully slow...
