List 5 things that would make you happy

Ok, here we go.
1- Aviation, sounds silly but its my biggest passion. If I had a CPL or ATPL I would be in satisfied.
2- Travel, I first traveled at 1 but I didn't remember that. I moved to England (from Australia) when I was seven for a year and did the same thing (except to Germany this time) when I was 9. To date I have been to 14 different counties including India (one of my favourites!).
3- Music, Yeah, clichéd isn't it? I play drums, guitar and piano and listen to 2.5 hours of music a day. I couldn't survive without my music, I really couldn't.
4- Loosing weight, again a cliché but if i could shed a couple (or maybe 15) kilos I would be a lot happier...
5- Love for the world, what? Well I'm a very critical person, especially of people. I find comfort in solitude and I'd rather not be talking. If I could appreciate myself, the people around me and my surroundings I'd be 100 times happier.

And there you have it. God, that was quite a ramble wasn't it!

 

I'll make it simple: Lots of money and lots of hot guys

 

I agree with this gentleman. ^^

But, If I had to narrow it down, I would say....
1) If I can graduate high school with all the qualifications and grades that I want.
2) For my loved ones to become, and stay healthy & happy.
3) Having the money to get by through life comfortably.

 

After thinking about it, it seems silly to put anything down. Sure, I could, but I'm constantly working on these things, so, eventually, they won't be things I need -- they'll be things I actually have.

However, there is one thing that, for better or worse, I could use. Even though I am surrounded by individuals, and they all respect me. None of them love me. I think, to be happy, I would like to not be alone. Otherwise, I begin to recede back into old habits, when I realize, I'm only appreciated for what I do, and not who I am.

 

1. Happiness - I can't remember the last time I was truly happy. Everything below would be irrelevant if I was happy.
2. Errrr......(censoredmaybe?)
3. Money- Can't stand the possibility of going broke and I am VERY materialistic.
4. A mega-yacht or jumbo jet for a house, so I could always be traveling and exploring the world.
5. Dying before I am 40

 

1) To go where I want to go, rather than stay here
2) To be part of a band
3) To be certain about my feelings at all times
4) To already be learning the things I want to learn
5) To be happy with coming out to my family

 

1)At least one person in real life that I could tell anything to, with relative ease. Also getting along with them very well, so we could have fun times 24/7 :lol: I honestly don't care if it would be a platonic or romantic thing.

2)Better family stuffs. I'm far far away from having bad family situations. But I feel like we kick a lot of stuff under the rug. It would be nice for all of us to be more open about things in general.

3) To travel bit more.

Umm... That's all I can think of atm

 

1.) Looking more feminine and being out to everyone. Despite being 33 and such I think I do ok as a girl but would like to be indistinguishable from biological females... All the time.

2.) More friends that were available to get together with. My best friend who literally lives in the same house has cancer and will be unable to come over soon after his treatment. I'll literally be separated by a door.

The rest of my friends live over 100 miles away or are often unavailable.

3.) Not having to worry about money. I don't mean being a multimillionaire but rich enough that a decent house and cars are paid for no debt and being able to say "let's go out to eat" or "I like those boots think I'll buy them" without worrying about the next paycheck.

4.) A girlfriend preferably or a boyfriend even. IDGAF anymore. Just someone to hold me and share life with.

5.) To get more video games released that are tailor made for me or at least I immensely enjoy.

 

Good question.

1. A partner <3.
2. Having my career set out.
3. Being able to speak French, German and Russian fluently.
4. Having good friends.
5. Meeting my heroes.

I guess that's it.

 

The thing about this is I can never be certain about almost anything and it scares me. I want to have many things that would make me happy but those "what ifs" are filling my head with a lot of doubt. Though if I can have only ONE great thing, I would always go with true love. I'm sorta desperate and eager to experience this kind of love, so magical as books and movies make it out to be.

 

I think you are selling yourself short. I can easily say I like you because what you post here which is part of you/your thoughts/your feelings not something you do. Probably you are just find it hard to believe people can love you even for the most silly one of the reasons. (*hug*)

Also you are right about first part. I mentally reprimanded myself for writing those things but not acting. It is good to put those reminders down anyhow... I need it more than anyone else I know.

To that, add marital and family status since they are often dealt the same hand in states where they are not protected categories.

I already have some of these but wouldn't mind more:
1. Quiet time and solitude
2. Friends who don't have you as a friend for ulterior motives
3. To eat healthier
4. For people to lighten up more, as in "get over it"
5. Less discord in general

2. If I could be in a relationship for the holidays.
3. If I had unlimited funds to buy music with.
4. If I could go on an awesome vacation with friends this winter break.
5. If I could ace all my finals -_-
