I'm very excited to be learning the 2112 Overture, mainly because it's awesome. Unfortunately, it's late and though my bass on its own doesn't make much noise (I have an amp in my headset so I'm using that (fancy, I know )) I've been told to stop. I'll do it later.

Dude! We should totally collaborate and make our own mix of the 2112 Overture! And maybe go into Temples of Syrinx?

2112 Overture is in my practice setlist for drums, that's why I say that.

    Let's do it!
I love Temples of Syrinx as well, so that's cool.

When I practice I usually tend to play Freewill, Another One bites the dust and then whatever comes into my head

Overture is going on the that, it's my favourite part of the epic.

Freewill sounds good, too. I know Spirit of Radio, almost entirely into muscle memory as well. So hell yeah, let's do this! BTW who do you think should end up singing? Since we're also going into Temples.

I cannot sing that high pitched! Whenever I sing Temples, I usually say it in a much lower but like, 'cooler' voice or something :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Got completely discredited in a website I built for my school and the entire credit in developing it was handed to the guy who helped me put content in it. For half the site. Plus they didn't acknowledge the other student who did a section of it.

I fucking hate these underhanded jabs and they're the reason I feel like shit half the time. It just reinforces the idea I'm invisible, I want to rage! :tantrum:

I've been worrying about a lot of things lately. About the future, about transitioning..

I often daydream of the good parts of the future.

But not being able to be so naive as to only see the positive side of things, I have also dwelled too much for my own good on the hardships and struggles I'll have to face.

If only I was born a cis male in Japan. I long to wake up and find that that is true, and the life I live now is just a long, horrible nightmare.

So I was just at the supermarket. As I was leaving this kid, in like basketball shorts and a t shirt said "nice hair to me". I'm like thank you. He then started following me to my car, plain as can be. At first I was like please don't make me knock this kid out while female...

So he keeps coming, he's all up in my face. Asking me about my hair. Then "are you really a woman?"

    I am.

    Don't lie to me.

    I am.

    C'mon you can tell me.

I was kind of silent. He then dropped "I'm gay and I'm scared. My brothers died on me and I think they knew but I don't know what to do. How did you come out?"

I'm like it's hard. Very hard.

His mom was putting groceries in the car and wanted to know what he's doing. He said one minute mom. She was going to pull up to get him.

He said you're beautiful either way and gave me a hug. Then he wanted my number. I can't do that but I'm like you gotta get in the car unless you want to have a difficult conversation with your mother.

I learned 3 things.... Maybe more.

1 never judge a book by it's cover. I thought he was a scumbag trying to rape me based on his appearance. But he was baring his soul.

2 despite visually passing very well, talking fucks me up at passing and I know.

3 why do people always come out to me or seek me for counsel?
