I really feel like I'm having a crush and I haven't had a crush for the longest time.
He's really honest and open, shares the same interests to some extent as I do, acts like I do (does stupid things just because he can/doesn't draw attention to own skill and talent/is still optimistic) and he just. He's a guy.

He. He? It weirds me out so much. Not in the sense that I haven't known any guys in my life, but I just.. I've had crushes on girls for the past six years and it took me some time to come in to terms with myself, and after all this, "this" still being me, I still only check other girls out... I still have managed to fall for a guy?

But when you get deep into the emotional stuff, it doesn't really matter. That must be the reason, because I've never really felt like I could get to know someone the way I feel I could get to know him.

And I'm happy.
And weirded out.
I just really need to write this somewhere, it makes me feel better.

So I had my school's homecoming dance last night and it was certainly interesting. I went with one of my best friends and we had a pretty good time. Never actually slow danced before, so that was interesting (actually I spent half of the one slow song dancing with my date and the other half wildly dancing with my friend). I almost threw up though when my ex girlfriend and ex best friend started making out right next to me, just cause it's rude.

Apparently a girl came up to one of my friends and said "I just wanted to say hi and see if you wanted to dance because you're so pretty but I didn't know if you were gay or not," and she just said she wasn't gay but offered the girl a hug. I was jealous, that never happens to me.

Now that i think about it, this dance was just weird in general. Nobody I knew was having emotional problems (not that I know of) and everything went surprisingly okay. Even the after party wasn't that bad. My school is weird though, considering they kept the lights on the whole time. That just meant my friends and I did what we always did... danced like freaking idiots.

The after party I went to consisted of a sleepover with four other girls. We had a good time, and spent about two hours talking about deep stuff after watching a Starkid musical. My friend and I ended up sharing a bed, and the first thing she said when we got under the covers was "HEY YOU WANNA SPOON." and that's how I ended up waking up at 10AM after five hours of sleep cuddling next to my best friend.

Now it's Sunday and I would rather not go to school tomorrow. I'm too tired, I hate people, I just don't want to face others again. :lol:

 

I just took a ten minute half-nap and I feel pretty rejuvenated. Nice.

On the other hand, I'm still angry.

 

I just want this semester to end already.

And, of course, two of my final exams occur on my birthday. I guess I deserve it.

 

I'm going to start using the EC blog.

It's unfortunate that you can't edit anything, but there's the comment sections, I suppose.

I hope that it will cut out some of my excessive WAYT posts.

 

Sounds like it'll be finished in about a month and a half, at least and am sure you'll do fine on those.

I wish i had the power to teleport sushi with my brain, like... to the ends of the Earth, wait... no, that's stupid. I wish i had the power to teleport myself, and sushi! No... Damn, now i want to eat sushi.

Wonder how much wasabi i can eat till i pass out, wonder if it's dangerous... Oh pizza, nooo the calories! Ugh... sugar rush!

 

Yeah. This is a nice idea. Maybe I can make a little blog entry that's dedicated to my random ass shit so I can stop posting in here altogether. Honestly, I think we all need it.

But now, I will go to eat potatoes. Maybe. Yeah, I will.

 

Working on my Common Application Essay tonight. Gonna need a lot of coffee for this shit!
