I don't see the big deal, your gender says female, and girls give each other makeovers all the time. It doesn't matter if your biological sex isn't female, it's the same thing.

 

I wish I could do that, but was never invited to any of my "friends'" makeover parties.

If you have a friend, male or female (because I've seen some males know their make up), and you can trust them, go for it. I once let my cousin apply make up to me, and while I felt very pretty in my imagination, it didn't suit my biological body. However, I had fun, and it is kind of a bonding experience, because you're pretty close to another person, and they're tending to your face -- an area, many people, consider pretty significant.
