    That's the nearly the exact color of my eyes except a little darker.

    You do realize you can get plano contact lenses to give the appearance of a different eye color right? Although sadly, it costs the same as a prescription.

    And more people than you think get contacts to change their eye color. You just don't notice because it usually looks natural on other people. And I don't think opticians care. They see it all the time, it's part of their job. And even if they care their not part of your life that often so they have no right to judge.

    Also be happy you don't need a correction, corrective lenses are a pain. I'm working on getting grey and blue contacts because I like two different eye colors and I like people to stare at something I create instead of my strabismus. Not that I mind the attention but it's getting old.

    Like you I come from a family dominated by greens and blues. Green on my dad's side. Green and blue on my mom's.

    I don't normally go for contrasting eye colors. I go for blue eyes.

    One crush had brown eyes but he was a teacher crush so I don't think he counts.

    I really like my eyes :slight_smile: they're always blue, and my friends tell me they're a really nice colour. Sometimes they just point it out suddenly in a conversation especially if I'm wearing a blue jacket.

    My sister, dad, and mum all have blue eyes. My mother's mother has brown, her father had brown, and her sisters had green and brown. My dad's side are all blue, every one of them - and there are a LOT of people on his side of the family. It's pretty much how I know if someone is a relative. Do they have my unusual surname, and are their eyes blue? :grin:

    I have really dark brown eyes. Ontop of my long eyelashes (when I don't pull them out) I think they're very pretty. My dad has dark brown eyes and my mum has green eyes.

    My eyes are weird. They change from blue, Forrest green, grey, to variations of these colours. Whatever the colour... In my left eye there is always a dark murky green ring around the outer part. The right has a ring that is barley visible and occasionally is not there at all.

    I don't have different coloured eyes, they're both the same colour. But they're mostly green, with a blue edge. So they sometimes look green, sometimes look blue, other times they're more like a greyish colour, depending on what I'm wearing and my mood :slight_smile:

    Brown, but it's a deep dark brown... so if you don't put some light on it you can swear they are black....
