    You dont really have to be committed with someone to have sex with him/her, you really just need to be sure that you are safe (both from sex injuries and std's). You should also be comfortable with him/her.

    Tho if I were you, I would not have sex with someone I am not committed with

    No. But both sides has to be consenting. And understand what they are doing.
