Any introverts here?

Pretty much introverted, an ISTJ here according to the latest Myers-Briggs test

 

I get more chatty and open when I get comfortable with people, but for the most part I like to keep to myself and am fairly quiet.

I am. I feel like I need more space than the average person.

 

The fourth one really got me laughing! I'm a introvert but if get to know somebody i get more lively.

 

I am an INTP according to the test, which is surprisingly accurate! I do enjoy socialising with people, but only when I feel like it. I can find small talk difficult sometimes and I generally need a lot of space. Basically, I'm just a complete joy to be around :lol:

Yep, i'm crazy introverted, with some social anxiety to boot! I'm usually really social around people I feel comfortable with or in comfortable settings. Other than those moments, i'm super quiet and shy around most people.

 

I'm definitely an introvert. I like to be social and I like spending time with friends, but I find social situations to be tiring. I get my energy from being on my own. I need that balance.
Introverts aren't necessarily anti-social, but generally they recharge by being on their own.
Extroverts get their energy from interacting in big groups. That's definitely not me, haha.

 

Sometimes I am, sometimes I'm not. I think it depends on the situation and who I'm with.

I'm pretty introverted. I find it hard to make small talk, and I get really worn out if I don't get enough time alone. I do enjoy spending time with people, but it becomes difficult for me when people expect me to be social all the time. People often comment that I'm very quiet, but it's just that I don't say anything unless it would actually add to the conversation. Get me talking about a subject I'm really into though and I'll never shut up haha

 

Quite a lot of us here. I'm also one, since after a full day of people (not necessarily interacting with them, even their presence) an evening of silence is a total bliss.
It's really ridiculous how much small talk is valued. As if that silence is so bone shattering that some people can't handle it and start spouting whatever happens to enter their minds?
Personally I really appreciate when I can be comfortably silent for a minute or so around a person. Otherwise I really don't see our relationship developing.

 

Absolutely introvert... I'm personality type INFP.

 

I'm an introvert. Its not the easiest thing and I can't say I'm proud of it. Only because I have to put on an act especially when I know I need to do what must be done. I don't like being around other people for a long time, I just hate awkward situations (people are cable of good and also bad. The bad, keeps on out weighing the good, in life, sooo...) Chatting online on the other hand is another issue, where I am super conversational. I guess I just like a little alone time.

I'm very introverted, and I'm happy about it. I wouldn't want to be an extrovert personally.
