I once found a giant water bug (Belostomatidae - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) in a lake. Which was horrifying because when I was 5 my book buddy, who was in 4th grade, read me a picture book and convinced me they were man-eating. I think I was 7 or 8 when I found it.

Absolutely terrified of centipedes!!! Every time I see one I literally freak out! Traumatized myself a long time ago when I lifted up a couch because I was moving it and stepped on a centipede bare footed  pretty much just dropped the couch and ran away hehe. Spiders only bother me if they are a camel spider other spiders don't bother me they usually leave you alone but I've been charged by a camel spider lol and that just freaks me out.

I am not freaked out unless the creature is dangerous.

I agree. Also, the killer bees. My country uses maggot therapy and medical leeches. Maggots are gross. The latter aren't really scary though -- if you don't think about their teeth.

I wonder why so many people are scared of snakes. Maybe I'd have a different opinion if they were common here. I've only had positive experiences of them. I was surprised to learn they don't feel slimy. No, don't pester wild snakes! That was a friend's python.

I really don't like worms. I won't go near them or touch them. Especially hate after it rains and they're all over the place and mooshed up. They remind me of disease and parasites I guess.

I basically don't like any bug that tries to invade my house.

I am extremely terrified of snakes! I also hate almost any type of insect (except ladybugs and butterflies), centipedes or other variations, spiders, and rodents. Also, cats freak me out too.

I like all animals, none of them scare me . . . Except wasps! I'll hold a tarantula or scorpion no problem but if a wasp comes near me I turn into a karate expert!
