So I joined EC about 3 years ago. unsure of who I was. I thought I'd figured it out and wandered away, occasionally coming back and lurking a little, checking in on some of the few I'd chatted with, but never really engaging.

It took some time, but I've found out who I really am, and this seems like as good a thread as any to reintroduce myself

Hey there! I would assume you were male The only tip I can think to suggest is that most guys have paler lips than girls, so using something like a concealer or liquid foundation on your lips may help. Other than that, I can't think of anything else to suggest

So, I'm just going to post this here even though I'm not exactly sure of my gender identity yet.
I know my eyebrows are a bit too thin and a bit less bushy than guys' eyebrows, but they've always been this way (no, I don't pluck my eyebrows. I hate doing that.) so I'm not sure what to do about that other than making them look a little messy. I don't wear makeup, never have, and don't like it on my face so here's a no-makeup scary ass me selfie.

I know ive attempted to post on this thread before a while ago but the pictures either never posted to my profile or something, i dont know. I dont post much hear usually just read.
My gender identity is ... well it actually isnt. But i more or less try to pass as more "male" and hide that i'm "female"

I've even used pictures that arent just good manly ones and i see the cutesy girly in some. Advice as critical as you please is welcomed and appreciated.

I think you look fairly androgynous at this point, though I would say you look more male. (*whispers* you are also really cute)

I'd suggest that you could experiment with contouring (there's loads of FtM makeup tutorials online) just to see if it works for you or not, but it's not always necessary.
You could also try applying concealer or liquid foundation to your lips, as men tend to have paler lips than women do.
In an earlier post by DoriaN, she showed how facial expression can make you pass as well (These are just general tips, though)

I think you pass pretty well You look slightly androgynous in a few of the pictures, but I'd still say you looked male. There's some general tips up above ^^^ but overall, I'd say you're looking good

Hey everyone, need some opinions

Which hairstyle helps me pass more? Ignore the older photos of me, that hair was terrible.
Take a look in my selfies album please I posted a more recent hairstyle before I got it cut but it's still moderated for now.

 

I'd say that pictures page 3-6 you look very androgynous. I like the style, but I feel could go either way. The rest you look like a very young teen boy.

CadutiMorte, Interestingly enough, I would say you look quite masculine agender like you have written there. Not sure why, but it describes how you look quite well I think!

 

Definitely pass. Cool thread! Maybe I'll post in here once I start T in September. I already know that I "pass" only about 30% of the time or something so, no point for now...

The first picture in the album, that's definitely the photo of a dude. A male. Also ... just in general ... you take very good care of your appearance. I really wanna take pride in my own looks too, someday, once I've got something worth caring about!

Here's some lame low quality snapchats I've saved from this school year. The one w/ the beanie was taken this morning. Hoping I look androgynous but I won't be bummed if I look more binary.

@unknownerror - Besides the third picture (the angle is really bad for it sorry :icon_sad: ), I'd read you as female. You kinda look like a lady I used to work with, actually.

@hh43dd - I've seen a lot of guys and a lot of girls who look a lot like you. On picture alone, I'd use more neutral pronouns and stuff until I knew more about you.

@scarstar14 - You actually look like a friend I used to have! Pretty androgynous overall, though.

@CadutiMorte - You look a bit androgynous leaning towards masculine from what I've seen.

@atoadaso - Androgynous overall. You look a little more feminine in some, little more masculine in others, but still androgynous.
