I don't think he'd bake the cake. That just wasn't his thing. He would probably bring the wine though!!!!

No. If he existed, he's long dead. I'm pretty sure baking isn't one of the dead's talents.

The thing about Jesus is that he is about love and forgiveness. Coming from the words of a Christian Right here, Jesus ate with sinners. Jesus came to forgive people for sins not condem them for them. So Jesus may not nessasarily agree with a gay wedding but he wouldn't mistreat them
    I don't think he'd "bake a cake" per say.

    I'm sure he would.
Whether or not he can is probably a different story though. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

  5. Hmmm....I'm not sure Jesus can bake. I mean he can walk on water and all but...he left that for the kitchen preps most of the time.

    I'll pray about it.

I'm not sure cakes as we have them today were present in ancient Palestine/Israel. Nor do I think Christ would have been a particularly good cook.

But in theory, I'm sure he would take lessons and bake a cake if he were fond of the couple in question. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Pat Robertson said, in part, “What is it about gays? What is it about abortion?” he ranted. “Have you ever thought why they’re on the forefront right now? Both of them deny the reproduction of human species…"

Actually that makes perfect sense, because just like 3000 yrs ago, the earth is seriously underpopulated, and society depends almost exclusively on human labor to do anything productive. :rolle:

Not sure first century Jewish wedding cakes were particularly good. Even if he was dead against SSM he would bake the cake... but he'd probably turn it into a parable about mustard seeds or something and that proves that gays aren't in heavan.

I'm going to need to taste some of Jesus' pastries before I buy my wedding cake from him.

Well we don't really know if Jesus was able to cook... all we know is that he was a carpenter. : 3

None of those answers fit my answer.

Jesus would not bake a gay wedding cake, but that doesn't mean he hates gays. I support marriage on a federal level, but believe the churches should be allowed to not host gay marriages if they choose to because biblically speaking, marriage is between 1 man and 1 woman. Jesus would not bake a wedding cake, but he would not condemn a gay relationship either.

As an atheist, i don't think he would...

Even if i am wrong about the existance of god, i don't believe he would be entirely good anyway :frowning2:

Half of what I learned from the Bible was that Jesus performed miracles on a regular basis. If he didn't bake the cake, he probably would have turned it into a fondue.

Yeah I don't think he would "bake" a cake, he would just turn a rock into one or something...

I read somewhere that things like being gay, tefth etc... Where to insure a population succeeds. It makes sense.

Anyway I strongly believe that God would not punish someone for loving the same sex. So why wouldn't his son bake the cake (if he could ).
