    I've dealt with the cops and been questioned in the police station for several things as a teenager / young adult, never did anything too bad, never got charged.

    What I noticed is police lie a shit load to get you to admit guilt. If you aren't guilty and are being questioned you will notice this, it's sort of ridiculous.

    You must have pretty corrupt/assholish cops where you are. I've never been arrested, but I have been the one doing the arresting on a few occasions (not working in law enforcement at the moment though :/). When questioning people I was expected by my department not to "get a confession out of somebody" but to figure out the unadorned truth. If somebody is innocent, we want to let them go and find out what really happened.

    Predictably I've never been on the other side of the bars hehe, but having seen what it's like, ugh. I'd be hard-pressed to wish that on anybody. The physical confinement is the least of your worries if convicted of anything criminal.

    Almost did over the most petty thing...I felt real shitty because at the time I laughed it off when I was off the hook. I was too nervous and exhilarated to think right.

    On accident.

    I had a warrant out for my arrest. It was a bond warrant so I paid it off. A couple days after squashing the warrant, I got pulled over. It must have not updated in their system that I already paid it off or something because they told me that they had to take me to jail because of it. So yeah I got handcuffed and put in a police car. They didn't even buckle my seat belt before taking me to the station. My parents had to come pick me up. It was around midnight, so they were not pleased.

    got in a fight with someone and was taken to a police station, I was cautioned but I had to have my mum with me i was classed as a minor mums punishment was worse than getting arrested, grounded for weeks so embarrassing .
