I listen to anything that sounds good but I listen to a lot of pop, rap, R&B, old school, indie, rock, metal, bachata, reggaeton, and DJ remixes (I dont know if there is a genre for that).
    My favorite artist are:
    Ellie Goulding
    Karmin
    Katy Perry
    LMFAO
    Mike Posner
    Bone Crusher
    Dr. Dre
    Snoop Dogg
    Easy-E
    Eminem
    Ice Cube
Kanye West (I only like his music)
    Ludacris
    B.I.G
    Tu Pac
    Bone Thugs-N-Harmony...

    The list goes on!

I don't have a favourite genre but the majority of my favourite artists lie somewhere within the pop-rock spectrum; Arctic Monkeys, Cat Power, David Bowie, Grizzly Bear, of Montreal, Vampire Weekend. I love Fiona Apple, Janelle Monaé and Kanye West too though and they aren't very pop.

    Trip-Hop, Acid Jazz, Neo-Soul, Hip-Hop, Reggae, Up-beat Ambient.

Really hard to describe the music I listen to because they transcend different genres making it difficult to put a full label on it.

    Favourite artists right now are

A Sol Mechanic, Bonobo, Blockhead, RJD2, Nightmares on Wax, Gramatik, Fakear, Hugo Kant. I could just go on and on.

Really into Fakear and Bonobo now.

I know some people out there ahve to know Bonobo, especially Brits.

Still working out my favourite genre. Don't think I even have one as such.

My favourites so far are Keane, King Crimson, Bastille, The Cranberries, The Horrors. Special mentions to Anglagard, Gotye, David Gray, Manau, London Grammar, Lighthouse Family. There're lots more I could mention, I'm not all that picky tbh. I just go with whatever I like, which I guess has a broad range...

i have always liked music that sort of derives from rock. alternative, punk, indie rock, goth, emo, etc

as for bands that have made a real difference in my life... i was a hardcore fan of placebo in highschool and their music sort of helped me with my internal struggle about my own sexuality.
every song by the matches is my teenage anthem.
