I don't think it is, I've been thinking about coming out to one of my close friends that I go to school with cos the only person that knows is my best friend from middle school but I don't see her much and I kinda want someone who's involved in my life more to know.

Hello! I am also a teenager! And! I believe it really depends on your environment. For example, I live in California, so all of my friends were totally fine when I came out. However, if you're in an unfriendly-to-gay community, it might be best to wait .

 

I have exactly 30 days left as a teenager then I'll hit the two zero.

So, basically. 14 is not too young to come out. You can do it at any age, there is no restriction! I'm 16, I haven't came out yet. I'm waiting for the right moment. So it's up to you!

I think I still count as a teenager, for another year and a bit.

^ My stepsister guessed I might be gay from the moment she met me at 4 years old. It was just the way I was. I think as soon as people start learning about sex and sexuality, that's a perfectly acceptable time to come out.

I remember when I first joined the site the majority of the members were around early to mid teens. While there still are many of them I think the late teens members have started to dominate. Late teens Unite!

I have a friend that was born on Hitler's birthday.

Personally, I was born on the mid-annual solstice and the late annual solstice on Saturday just reminded me that nothing has happened in my life despite having that birthday. Why haven't I been attacked by a mythical creature and begun my epic adventure? Why am I not a witch? Under northern tribal legends it is supposed to be the most spiritually powerful day of the year. I'm even Native American; I have all the qualifications. All of those myths and legends are pure bullshit. >____>
