    Melissa Manchester and the song is "don't cry out loud". over the last 3 weeks or so as I have been healing I have played hundreds of my record albums I ran acrossthis song and it fit my situation perfectly. And has reminded me to be strong and not cry anymore and not show my emotions or cry in front of others anymore to be strong.
