Thread for those times when you hear something so good, and get so obsessed with it, that you just need to share it. Doesn't have to be new music, just music that you've recently discovered, so it's new to you. Post as often as you find new songs to obsess about, including an explanation why you love it so much if you like. ---------- Post added 9th Dec 2013 at 02:29 AM ---------- So last few days I've been obsessed with Fade Into You by Mazzy Star from early nineties, whole album is pretty strong but this stands out. Guess you'd call it dream pop, I dunno, it's perfect though.
"This Kiss" by Faith Hill - YouTube been thinking about my first romantic kiss. This song played on the car radio shortly after that kiss.
"Children of Divorce" by Jonny Craig. His voice is like silk and I can't stop listening to this song.
Evanescence - The Other Side I have been in love with this song since I first heard it. Probably doesn't hurt that Amy Lee sings it (!) BTW how did you link video here? I tried and failed lol.
Let Her Go by Passenger, its such a sad song but I love it Hail to the King by Avenged Sevenfold, Another song on the complete opposite side of the music spectrum that I can't stop listening to
The 20/20 experience part 1 and 2 from Justin Timberlake. I love listening to it either while trying to fall asleep or taking a shower. I think JT came back with class with this one! :icon_cool
Long December Counting crows. I always listen to it in December especially. A person I met online who means a helluva lot to me likes this song. Whenever I listen to it I think of her. Ive never met her which makes it more special.
Heavy in Your Arms - Florence + The Machine Sweater Weather - The Neighborhood I've been humming these two songs interchangeably for weeks. My friends are sick of it XD
guilty pleasure: Story of My Life -- OneDirection (and I hate boy bands with a passion, but damn is it a awesome, folksy song...and I love folk) Fixin -- Walk the Moon. My go to walk around the city song. It just has this awesome beat to it that just makes me want to go out and experience the city.
