Radioactive by Imagine Dragons. I used to like that song (like is a bit strong. I respected it) but through a tale too long to recount here, it has come to represent my failures. So now, every time I listen to it, I cry.
Trading yesterday: Shattered It always makes me tear bend! :tears:
I don't cry every time I hear these, but they've made me teary at various points: Same Love (duh) Make It Stop--Rise Against I Could Not Ask For More--Edwin McCain (was my song with my ex) 4AM--Our Lady Peace Dear God--Avenged Sevenfold I Will Follow You Into The Dark--Death Cab for Cutie Tears in Heaven--Eric Clapton And the song that I'm saving to dedicate to the person I'm going to spend the rest of my life with, but I'm not telling anyone what song it is until I've met that person (yeah, I know, beneath the snarky veneer I'm a big romantic mushball)
Well, I don't cry, I don't remember the last time I did. It's not like I haven't had reasons to cry, or that I haven't tried... Listening to these songs I come close: Beach House – Walk in The Park. The music video is horrible but the song is so pretty. Amy Winehouse – Wake Up Alone Moon Pix – Colors and the Kids Neutral Milk Hotel – In The Aeroplane Over The Sea Imogen Heap – Neglected Space
I don't cry. I'm immune to such displays of emotion. The closest I've gotten in 8 years was that scene in 'I am Legend' where Will Smith's dog died... As for touching songs that fit the bill..."Good Enough" by Evanescence. Something about that song has always gotten to me.
I don't really cry that easily, but this song made me tear up many many times Epica - Tides of Time - YouTube
Pretty much every song off the album Analog Heart by David Cook, but especially The Truth, Stitches, Makeover, and Silver.
Two men, by Jamie Scott and the town. It's both uplifting and incredibly sad. I love it. And Little Talks by of Monsters and Men resonates pretty closely with me too :'(
"Hello" and "My Immortal" by Evanescence. Hello makes me think of my dead grandmother, My Immortal makes me think of the woman I love and how she'll probably never love me back. "Rolling Girl" by Hatsune Miku also makes me think about the woman I love, and my mental health issues... And of course, "Same Love' by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, I'm glad I'm not the only one who cried over this song... If You're Not The One - Daniel Beddingfield and After All - Cher ft. Peter Cetera. It either I get teary eyed or weeping. No in-between.
I love that song, it's so beautiful. I wish their new music was like that. I feel like they lost touch with their music somewhere along the way.
I cannot listen to My Immortal by Evanescence without crying. They should never ever end their shows with that one.... Lost in Paradise makes me also cry, like nearly all Evanescence songs if Im on that mood.. Same love obviously, Read All About it by Emily Sande. I tend to cry often when listening to music, doesn't matter if im happy or sad.
I think I did shed a tear or two during there performance with Kendrick Lamar at the Grammy's. ---------- Post added 6th Mar 2014 at 06:33 AM ---------- Music alone rarely makes me cry, but music + video. Mhm Explosions in the Sky + Friday Night Lights have made me bawl my eyes out like never before. It's surreal as I'm not a very sentimental person. I rarely cry in real life.
