Gays and Lesbians:Who is your 'exception'?

A guy I dated on and off in college. I could see myself spending my life with him, but there wouldn't be that raw, uncontrollable sexual attraction that I think is important in a relationship.

 

A question like this was what made me think I was probably a lesbian. Although I wasn't out at all at the time I'd done stuff with girls in the past and I had just started seeing my first girlfriend. A couple of people at work were looking at some film star saying how attractive he was. Can't even think of who, that's how interested I was. I said that I just didn't get it and they asked me what my type was. Couldn't think of a single guy and still can't.

I will still sometimes pass a guy on the street or see a photo come up on Facebook or something and think 'well yeah, he's good looking' but I've never felt the urge to be with a guy for well over a year now. Like others on this thread I've dated guys and we've done stuff together which has always been fine but just not like with a woman. I was with the same guy, who's also recently started coming out, for three and a bit years on and off and we never once had 'conventional' sex. Can't imagine why

I think some guys have good-looking faces aesthetically speaking. I wouldn't want to have sex with them though. Skinny asian guys in tight jeans would be my type if I was bisexual. You know, like those guys in j-dramas. I don't remember any names, it's been a while since I watched j-dramas.

 

Is it odd that I really have no 'exception'?
I guess I'm pretty high on the Kinsey Scale.
Yeah, I can recognize some guys are really attractive, and there's some guys whose personalities would make me go to hell and back for them but... I'd never want to sleep with one. Just no. Ick.

 

I know I'm breaking an unwritten rule, but I'd be perfectly okay giving a blowjob to Robert Downey Jr.

I had a dream last night about a girl i once thought i loved... i think its more like loving like a sister though.. i dont know, thats all a bit blurry to me being an only child. I never really wanted her sexually.

I think if she found me and said she wanted to be with me id be seriously thinking about it, but sex wouldnt enter the equation. Of course, she wont id like to know how shes been, but were disconnected.

My exception is my current boyfriend. He's the only guy I've ever been able to have intimate contact with and enjoy it as well as a same sex partner. The crazy thing is, I've known him for 4 yrs, and only in the last 6 mths have felt this way about him. Will I still feel this way 6 mths from now? I wish I knew.

 

My ex was an exception. Currently, this musician named Matt Tobin is my exception.

 

I don't know who I would pick. I have seen many good looking men, actors and such but to have an actual relationship with them? I guess Robert Downy Jr, or Alexander Skarsguard. He seems like a really down to Earth guy and like he would be fun to be with from his interviews. He's not to bad to look at either.
