    Went to the emergency department again this evening. Feeling a bit too suicidal to trust myself to spend the evening alone in my bedroom. I'm home again now, all drugged up on Diazepam, and ready to fall asleep, thank God. So, once again, I live to see another day.     Summer weight-gain is annoying. I've been stuck inside the house for a few weeks because of the heat and I've gained about five kilos. :lol:

    I'll shed it all when school comes in February and throughout the autumn.
