    I'd say I'm pretty stable.

Mind you, that doesn't mean feeling happy and upbeat all the time. I have moments where I'm sad or anxious or frustrated. But usually when I change moods I can pinpoint the reason why my mood has swung. And with some effort, I can change my perspective to get back at least to equanimity.
Only once have I seriously skirted the edge of depression and that was rather scary indeed. I'm forever thankful to the people who pulled me away from that.

I have mood swings occasionally. I'm paranoid and I have anxiety attacks. I have binging urges.
But I'm okay, I think I'm mostly stable. I put maybe in the poll.

Well now it's a no. I'm losing it. Not that anyone realises.

Compared to last year and the first half of this year, I'm going very well.

Compared to the average person, well, there's no such thing.

Yes, I think my emotions are pretty stable for the most part.

Wow reading this thread is making me depressed. I would consider myself much more centered than I was a year ago. This is in part because I found help and someone to talk to. There is nothing more liberating than letting go of all that "emotional baggage" that you've been carrying for what feels like forever. I no longer look at obstacles in my life as problems, but as something to overcome and learn from. With every experience I'm getting stronger because I choose to take the good and the bad, all of it.

I would say yes i think. Never really thought about it. I'm always content feeling these days. I was lonely for months and then one day I was content being the loner that I am. Can't change how I am. The puppy probably helps, nothing like being pestered by a needy little flea.
