    Tesco a UK (international?) supermarket is in hot water for selling a Gay Best Friend blow up doll.

    What do you think, harmless joke or do you feel objectified (I do generally negative stereotypes make me sick)

    I think it's for the best that they took it off the shelves because it is kind of offensive... but at the same time I'm too busy finding it hilarious to really be offended.

    I'm unsure. It might be funny for some people, but it's definitely going to offend a lot of others. I think it just solidifies a stereotype, and we don't need more stereotypes than we already have. Jimmy Choos- really? How many gay men bitch about people's shoes?

    I think its bad that they stereotype gay guys but what I find most offensive is that they censored the word gay like WTF..

    As for the word censoring... UK is the lalaland of PC crap... wouldn't be surprised if they censored it out of some PC blurb or another because you know... just saying "gay" is offensive to gay people... :bang:
