Favorite manga/ anime?

I've watched a lot of anime, liked most of them. However one anime film left such a lasting impression... It's "Beyond the Clouds, the Promised Place". Still love it!

Manga - Death but reading Beck and it's climbing to the top of the list fast

Death Note is my favourite. It's serious and the character develoment is fascinating. One Piece is fun and really light, I like that as well.

 

DragonBall Z, NANA, Nodame Cantabile, Cowboy Bebop, Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

 

quite enjoying sword art online, never watched a trapped in game anime but if their like this one ill give them a watch.
also persona 4 the animation. the scene at the hospital almost made me cry. and the song playing during the last battle, i want that played at my funeral ("we are one")

 

I love Naruto .. I tried watching Bleach but I got lost after they saved Rukia! Maybe I'll try to get into it again and other mangas

Manga is one of the most important things in my life. I love it. I can't get enough of it. I own over 1,400 volumes of manga, and here are some of my favorites:
100% Perfect Girl, Boys Over Flowers, Ceres, Chobits, Crossroad, The Devil Does Exist, Fushigi Yugi, Gacha Gacha: The Next Revolution, Girlfriends, Hana-Kimi, Hot Gimmick, I"s, LIFE, Mushi-shi, Nana, Othello, Peach Girl, Pretty Face, Sailor Moon, Skip Beat, Sundome, Vampire Game, Video Girl Ai, With The Light, and a LOT more. Skip Beat would have to be my all time favorite. :3

Anime: Sweet Blue Flowers, Inu Yasha, Chobits, Revolutionary Girl Utena, Sailor Moon, Mushi-shi, Junjo Romantica, Sasameki Koto, Spirited Away, Pokemon, Princess Mononoke, Sekai Ichi Hatsukoi

 

I watched a lot of Dragonball Z when I was younger, I've loved Naruto since forever, and Full Metal Alchemist is one of the greatest things ever. I haven't seen/read a lot of other stuff, but I've got like five friends that keep telling me about the good ones. I do remember reading a series about vampires in middle school that I enjoyed a lot, but I can't remember what it was to save my life.

Also, I know Code Lyoko isn't technically anime, but it's still amazing.

ジョジョの奇妙な冒険　Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.
Manga series 1-6 only. Anime: Only the originally made OVA series.
The modern one makes my eyes and soul bleed sadness.

起動戦士ガンダム　Gundam.
UC time line only. 0079, 0080, 0081, Z, ZZ, Sentinel.
Everything else I regard as 'not' gundam.

Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on Titan)
Durarara!!

Those are the only 2 anime I can really get into. They are so good, they are easily 2 of my top shows of all time

 

I have far too many I love, but by far my favorite anime is Phi Brain: Kami no Puzzle. I relate too well since my obsession with puzzles can be a bit extreme. But another I really liked was Natsume Yuujinchou~ Oh, and I couldn't stop cracking up watching shows like Yuyushiki and Kiniro Mosaic this year.

As for manga...Probably Yandere Kanojo or Love so Life? Hrm...Hard call. I read at least 5 series a week sometimes. xD They vary a lot in content, but....There are just too many good ones.

 

Manga: Uzumaki by Junji Ito. Tomie was pretty good too.

Anime: Perfect Blue by Satoshi Kon. But I loved Akira and most of Miyazaki's films too.

 

Favorite anime has to be Code Geass. Love that anime. Them feels ;_;

 

For me, it's impossible to narrow it down to one or even a few, and to list them all would take too long. So I'll just say a lot.

 

I never think to include Miyazaki on my favorites list because I list the films under my favorite movies. You make a good point with it...Thank you.

Because Miyazaki films make my heart throb forever. In the good way.

 

My friend pointed out a new one for me, Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin). So far, I like.
