Fascinating. This is something that's been on my mind lately, and honestly, I think I'd have a hard time pegging myself. Some days it's masculine leaning, and others it's feminine leaning, but that's only regarding "my" standards. Others have had mixed opinions.

As a male, anyway. I consider myself bi-gendered, and if we were going by your average American female, I'd probably be considered a tomboy: masculine. Since I seem to transcend categories, how about I just use an infinity symbol here?

There is no Kinsey scale for gender to my knowledge. The best one I've been able to find is the BSRI, or Bem. It's based primarily off of gender role personality stereotypes and it knows it is. It's sort of a gauge for how society might think of your gender, perhaps.

The test: The BSRI Test with JavaScript scoring

I just took it again and got:
    49.167 out of 100 masculine
    86.667 out of 100 feminine
    74.167 out of 100 androgynous

So yeah, I'm primarily a feminine man, such that I score higher on many feminine traits than a lot of women do, lol. It's mostly because I'm soft, warm, and caring, eager to help those in pain. I see nothing wrong with that.

As for looks, i look like a straight feminine woman

    Long hair
    Most days i wear makeup
    Summertime i wear dresses usually
    I love shopping lol

And for my personality i honestly dont know how to describe it but my dad says we share the same brain lol on a scale of 1-5 (5 being the most masculine and 1 most fem) i would put my personality at a 3 or a 3.5

    33.34 Fem
    51.70 Ang

Not sure what that equates to in real life.

According to the BSRI, which I took earlier this year, I'm mostly androgynous but more masculine than feminine.

Also, to answer a question from earlier, gender identity/expression and sexuality are two completely separate entitites. You can't determine your gender identity/expression based on your sexual orientation and vice versa.

I took the test and got:

41.667 out of 100 masculine points
76.667 out of 100 feminine points
65 out of 100 androgynous (neutral) points

Wtf?!? I always thought I was pretty masculine. If being a nice guy makes me feminine, then I'm proud to say that I'm a feminine guy.

Far from a perfect test though, a lot of those questions were as dependent on self esteem and emotional state as anything else.

GUYS! You're clearly not seeing where I said IF the kinsey scale measured how feminine you were.

    I get that, too!

Then again, it's probably easier to pick up on different signals if you live them yourself.

I'm not sure how to use the scale, but people often think I'm a girl over the internet if they have no prior knowledge of me, if that counts.

I'm more masculine but I do display a tiny bit of effeminacy.

Few of friends consider me to be a soft spoken lad. I have quite a high voice (also teenage like) for a 30 year old man. Everyone who spoke to me via telephone thought I'm a female at first.

One of my friend's friend asked him if I am gay as I'm soft spoken. He replied, "Yes. But have you seen him work his as* off in our gym? A total beast."

It doesn't bother me to have a soft/teenage like voice.

I would say if it was a kinsey scale, I'd be around 4. Maybe bordering 5 or 3. But I'm probably slightly more effeminate than most males.

    From the Bem:

You scored 40.833 out of 100 masculine points, 66.667 out of 100 feminine points, and 58.333 out of 100 androgynous (neutral) points.

So.. yeah. That kinda sums it up.
