Stepped on the scale this morning and my weight loss is now at 100.5 lbs! I started working on it in June of last year and it feels GREAT! (I have also come to the conclusion that my personal closet was largely built of fat, because it seems like the smaller I get, the gayer I feel.) Feels great to wear a pink size large shirt instead of a black XXL....

    Congratulations!

(my wife heard it on Oprah...if your husband is starting to lose weight, he's either gay or cheating-or both! EEK!)

Teehee....Well, if Oprah says it, then it has to be at least HALF right, huh?

    Grats! Thats really great

I have a confession to make. When I first read your post, I read it as you'd reached the weight of 100 lbs. I'm not familiar with the lb measuring system, but I was pretty sure that was dangerously low. Anyway, grats. Don't worry about me being stupid.

Hah--yeah, 100 lbs. is like 45 kg. If were dead and decaying for the past year, I would probably STILL weigh more than that!

Really depends on how tall he is. But even for a really short guy, 100lbs is light.

I'd stay away from losing too much more, you probably look awesome as it is

    45kg is amazing.. well done.

I bought a 10kg bag of plaster last week and it was incredibly heavy to carry home ... so just think of that, times 4.5, no longer bearing down on you!!

Congrats, mate. You've earned your bragging rights, me thinks, knowing how much of a bear weight loss can be.
