Not nearly enough. I usually don't fall asleep until about 3:30-4:00 a.m. and then get up a couple hours later for work or school. Sometimes, I don't go to bed at all and just go to work or class. Insomnia isn't fun.
Whenever I fall asleep. Whenever I take enough ibuprofen to ease my migraines and probably tranquilize a wildebeest. And whenever I haven't slept in days.
Pretty much whenever I want to. I used to have insomnia and would be lucky to get 3-4 hours, but now I'm starting to make up for it by sleeping all the time. I usually hit the hay at about 11-12. Not very big on sleeping in though, I'm lucky if I sleep in until 10.
Now my schedule is 7-8 a.m. to 2-5 p.m. When I'm not on a nocturnal cycle, which is very few times, I go to sleep around 12-1 a.m. and wake up a little before noon or a little after noon. I actually prefer being nocturnal when I'm in a writing groove because at night is when I get the most work done. I don't know why, but even if I'm up super early in the morning and stay up all day, I get nothing done. I don't start working until the sun goes down. I get this sudden motivation, but unfortunately by the time I'm in the mood to write, I'm practically passing out. :lol: The ails of an insomnia-ridden writer.
Usually sometime between 7 and 11am then I wake up between 2 and 4pm. I hate it but I just can't sleep at night anymore
2-3 am to 8 am. I can't stand waking up after 8, because I feel like I am wasting hours of my day. Though I do it every once in a while because my body is always begging for more. I should really try to go to sleep at 1 am more often.
Us old people news our sleep - usually between 10-11 pm and get up at 6:30 - work you see always seems to interrupt what little sleep I get. Although technically I am always at work, lately my days 'at work' have started at 7:30am and end at 9pm.... Yeah.. fun.....
I don't usually have a schedule, whenever I feel tired. Though I rarely ever go to bed before 10:00. So anytime after that is considered bed time for me. Then I wake up somewhere around 8:00-9:00 am.
I usually don't get home from work until 11:30pm or midnight, and I usually have to do homework when I come home, so I usually get to bed around 1:30am, sometimes 2. And then I wake up at 5:30-6:00. I've been running on 4 hours of sleep since my Freshman year of highschool, so I'm pretty used to it. Weekends and summer are a whole other story, along the lines of, "Whenever the hell I feel like it".
I have bad insomnia so its really whenever I decide to take my sleep meds. I sometimes take them at 8 or 9pm or sometimes midnight or 1am. Its kinda cool choosing when you sleep, but its also a pain in the ass because sometimes you just don't sleep at all.
I usually stay up until 1-2 am, and I get up around 8 am. Occasionally I'll take an afternoon nap if I didn't get enough sleep the night before. On the weekends I have this bad tendency of staying up until 4-5 am and sleeping in until noon. It's hard for me to get tired at night if I'm on the computer, yet it's near impossible for me to wake up in the morning without setting multiple alarms.
