I only have dogs but I would really like to get a blue tongued skink and a bearded dragon! OMG I love reptiles  they are so awesome!!! Other then those 2 animals I would love to have some type of snake I haven't decided which type tho at this moment haha, nor will I get one anytime soon  I first need to learn everything there is to learn about caring for reptiles! Other then reptiles I also really want a parrot, because I love birds, and those are pets for life! I'd die before my parrot did (hopefully lol)

My parents have a yorkie and a chihuahua, and one of my sister-in-laws has a small poodle and two cats.

However, I do not have any pets. I think it's so cool that you put descented skunk as one of the options because I'd love to have one. That, or a micro-mini pot belly pig. Seriously, how cool would it be to just be chillin' walking your pig down the street?

You can't tell me that wouldn't be cool. :sunglasses:

    I have a yellow Labrador.

We used to have two fish but they died.
And we used to have a hamster but he died.

I love my dog! I'd die without him!

I'm sorry to inform you, but you shouldn't make assumptions.

The 20 or so hens are for eggs, and the 5 roosters run around as grasshopper/tick control.
The majority of the goats are breeders and/or pets.

Farm animal does not automatically mean food.

I have one lovely cat named Sidney, who's maybe six years old. He's a pretty normal black and white cat. My dad has two cats, Belladonna and Dee. Bella is sleek black with a pearl necklace (a tiny white spot just below her neck), and always so prim and proper. She's still a kitten to me. Dee is a big cat, black and white again, and not very energetic until someone sits down, at which point he may shoot over to your lap and flop -- not sit, flop -- down on it for ages. Which is always quite something because he's so big.

When I read that poll, I thought it said Skunk(s), (deceased). I laughed so hard as I tried to comprehend why this community specifically keeps dead skunks as pets xD oh man... I need sleep lol, Goodnight! ^_^

My house is a micro zoo  : five dogs (a black cocker spaniel, a german sheperd and three mongrels), one yellow/orange/white cat, one little turtle, around ten birds of different species that my mom keeps in a huge bird cage... and millions of flies that enjoy roaming my house in this time of the year  (freaking 90ºF! that's too much for me if i'm not at the beach).

Right now I have two cats, near-identical brothers.

I had a rat a few years ago. She was the absolute coolest. I fed her a healthy diet of scraps and she used to sit on my shoulder and we'd eat pizza together.

I would like to have a snake at some point in time. My uncle had one when I was a kid and he was staying with us, so I've got a good handle on snake care. I just don't have the money for it right now - can't afford the tank, and I want to buy from a reputable breeder. Not enough love goes to the scaly ones in a lot of shops.
