How many hours of sleep do you get each day?

    4 or 5. Usually four. Four or less if the internet is interesting that night, and around five if the internet is not so interesting that night. Damn internet. :wink:

    I usually go to bed at around 11pm but have to be up by 4:30am for work. Also, as I don't have a bed, I never sleep all the way until morning. I'm always tired too

    I can't say I get many hours at all during the day. Night is another matter. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: Normally I go to bed at maybe 10:30 and get up at 8:00 ± 1 hour. This is fairly constant through school or holidays. However, it takes me over an hour to get to sleep (though I bet I could improve that if I tried, which I really should) and I usually have a lie-in.

    Been an early riser most of my life. I usually get up between 4 and 5 AM. I like it because I'm at my best early in the day. Go to bed around 8, sometimes earlier but usually wake up between 1 and 2, stay up for close to an hour and go back to bed. Usually get about 7 hours. Sometimes I don't go back to bed when I wake up at 1 or 2 if I've got a lot going on with things on my mind. Then I only get maybe 4 hours. It's OK but I usually make sure I get more sleep the next night. It works for me. Never use sleep meds.

    Usually during the school year I get around 4 hours a night on weekdays and 12 on weekends.

    Now that it's summer though, I've just been sleeping 11 hours a night.

    I'd might as well be in a coma!

    I aim for less than 5 (if I have a silly night and stay up til 5am and want to get up at 10am, like I did last night) or more than 8. Although it's rare that happens. When I went to school I had 6-7 hours, and at weekends I tried to catch up on more but it's still the same (6-7 hours.)
    Although yesterday I had around 11-12 hours sleep, so it varies a lot.

    I get about 5-8 hours of sleep each day. It really depends on what day it is.
    10-13 hours of sleep a day is actually too much sleep. If you sleep too much each day, you're going to feel groggy and tired.

    Anywhere between six and eight hours, any less than six and I really feel it in the morning >_<

    5-7 on average.

    Which is usually fine if I am on a break or vacation, but in the 80% of my life when I am always busy and juggling dozens of different things, it really isn't enough. I just don't have the time. :,(

    3-12 depending on the day or how I feel. When I'm depressed or upset, I become very anxious and can't sleep which results in me gaming all night and crashing for a couple hours when I've had enough... or 12 hours when I go to bed early after a long day and nobody/nothing bothers to wake me up. I've gone 18 hours straight sleeping once, and I felt like shit the following day. I pretty much went into a coma.

    During college, about three hours or sometimes none. I've been able to get a little more with no school, though.

    When I get a good pattern, it's between 6½ and 8½ hours a night, I do need at least 8 hours to be at my best. But recently I haven't slept well and I've slept poorly between 4-6 hours a night.

    Too much. 8-12 hours per night with an hour or two nap in the late afternoon. I wish I could get by on less as I could get so much more done!

    On weekdays I sleep about 4-6 hours a night. On weekends I can sleep up to 10-12 hours :s

    I'm down for the count by 10 PM. On the rare occasion, 11 PM. I am up between 5 AM and 5:30 AM. Every morning.
    So, that's seven to seven and a half hours of sleep every day.
    Every now and then, I sneak in a short nap, such as today, where I took a two hour nap. =3 As nice as it was, naps usually cause me to feel worse, but sometimes they're needed.

    I'd say I get anywhere between 6-8 on average a night. It all depends on what time I decide to got to bed (which usually isn't until midnight or later) and what time my child wakes me up (which is usually early).
