SO HAPPY TO HEAR THIS!. But seriously, I live in the South (not originally from here) and I feel like I live in 1952 here. Get it TOGETHER South. I agree with @forgottenrose :/

Law is officially passed now; Governor Dayton signed it about an hour ago. Woohoo.

I hope Virginia can be Somewhere in the twenties  :frowning2: I also hope that they pass the bill before I am 18, then I can allow myself to go to a Virginia college

Yay MN!!! It's official now, MN is the 12th state to finally recognize marriage equality!

    (!):stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:ride:frowning2:!!)

On another note, the temperature hit 98 F today, a record for today, and I can just about imagine the pro-discrimination folks saying that's a sign that this is an evil thing and just a taste of the heat of hell for equality supporters. That won't stop all the fun planned going on now.

Now gay people there can be married and freeze together.

I'm surprised that State took this long, I'm not to uppity on their demographics, but I know it's fairly liberal, and almost more similar to Canadian culture than American.
